Prices shown on this site are starting prices and are not offers. A binding price is the one in the written scope we issue after a walkthrough of your premises. Prices may change, and the price in your written quote is the one that applies to your job.

Scheduled work depends on our having safe and timely access to the premises and to utilities. If access is not available as agreed we will reschedule with you.

If conditions on site differ materially from what the walkthrough established, we will stop and discuss it with you before doing work outside the agreed scope.

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to SIU Cleaning or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
